Research Center for Chronic Disease Care is providing a good platform for the promotion of the care of chronic diseases, especially at home, through scientific, fundamental, applied and specialized research to improve the health of the community and provide the ground for creativity, innovation and knowledge generation for the care of chronic diseases. It is hoped that by providing these services, the center can create a movement for improving the quality of education, research and care, and respond to the needs of the community by fulfilling its mission and moving towards a vision which can provide valuable services to the profession and the science  of care for chronic diseases in the society.
