The purpose of the registration program:   A registry system for patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) provides comprehensive and accurate information about patients' clinical status, treatments, and outcomes. This information helps improve the quality of care, research, and health policy, as well as enhance the ability to evaluate and manage resources.

Study population:

The study population in this registry system is all patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) who refer to the nephrology department of Beheshti Hospital for their treatment and dialysis.
