Diabetes patient registration program

The purpose of the registration program:      The purpose of implementing this registration program is to create a coherent and structured system to collect, monitor, and analyze data related to diabetic patients in Hamedan Province. This system has been designed and implemented with the aim of improving the quality of medical services, preventing complications from diabetes, and improving the management process of this disease.

Study population:

The study population includes all patients with diabetes whose diagnosis has been confirmed by specialist physicians and who have referred to specialized clinics and related dispensaries.
